POLICY OF THE HOTEL
BOOKING POLICY
In order for a reservation to be valid, a deposit is requested. The customer has a period of 4 days to pay the corresponding amount (bank costs are charged to the customer). If this period of time passes and the advance payment has not been deposited, without any relevant information about any delay, then the booking is cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation of a reservation 21 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable (possible bank costs are charged to the customer).
For cancellation of a reservation within less than 21 days of arrival, the customer is obliged to pay half amount of the total cost of the reservation that has been cancelled.
NO SHOW POLICY
In case of no show of the customer, the room remains at their disposal until the next day at 11:00 am.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
In case of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay 50% of the total cost of the cancelled stay.
CHECK IN - CHECK OUT POLICY
CHECK IN 15:00 PM
CHECK OUT 11:00 AM
Check out after 11:00 am on the scheduled departure date and until 17:00 pm at the latest, you are charged 50% of the room price for one night.(According to availability).
Check out after 17:00 pm, you are charged 100% of the room price for one night (According to availability).
Guests are allowed to leave their luggage in our premises until departure after communicating that with the manager.
MINIMUM OVERNIGHT STAY
Μinimum stay is applied at the discretion of the management of the hotel and will be updated during booking. During peak season minimum stay is 5 nights.
MORE INFO
- Double studios can take an extra bed upon request and availability. For children the extra cost is 5 euros and for adults 10 euros per night.
- For any damage in the room caused by the guest or any other person for whom they are responsible, the guests are considered accountable (e.g glass breakage, damage on sanitary appliances, furniture and linen).
- The hotel bears no accountability in case of any damage or loss of guests’ items or of people for whom they are responsible, as well as in case the damage is due to force majeure and/or natural disaster such as earthquakes, fire or any other special circumstances.
- Pets are not allowed in the studios.
